I took a chance on using a local pharmacy over the big chain ones I was used to in North Jersey. Just simply wow... What a difference. These people genuinely care about their customers making every attempt to help out with their situations... and quite often know my prescription timings and needs better than I do! I usually have them deliver my medication, which is awesome on its own, but the few times I've come to the store it was an almost celebrity-like experience. Walking through the aisle you can hear the pharmacist go "Thats Matt, this is his" before I even get to the counter. In and out 30 seconds. They work with you, your doctors, your insurance, and follow-up with all of us to make sure everything is smoothly set up and delivered on time. On multiple occasions they've sorted out

I love the staff in this pharmacy! The pharmacists are all excellent and willing to take the time to answer questions. I need to have my prescriptions delivered and they do so willingly, which is a great benefit in this day and age. They are not part of one of the big chains, so they give personalized service and take care of their customers' needs very well. I truly appreciate them, especially when it comes to home delivery because I would otherwise have to turn to one of the services that specializes in deliveries and they can be expensive. Spotswood Pharmacy provides free delivery! They also use an automated system that lets the customer know when refills are due and they keep my credit card on file so that my purchases can be handled speedily.
