Caring Dental of Spotswood

Receptionists are very friendly and professional. They got me an appointment quickly as I had a tooth giving me issues. The dental assistant was professional and my dentist explained everything that was going on. They have some high tech devices in that office which shows they keep up with changing tech. I will be seeing them again.

This was my first visit at Caring Dental Spotswood and the name precedes itself. The staff goes beyond making you feel comfortable and they actually care about you. They are informative as they administer the work they are doing on your teeth. From the time you walk in through the hygienist and ending with the dentist herself I felt truly comfortable and would recommend this team if you are in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Jamie Wasserman took my mom in as an emergency new patient and gave her amazing treatment. She fixed the cracked tooth with kindness and care. I m so grateful for the care that was given to my elderly mother and will return with my entire family to have her as our family dentist from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Wasserman! I had my first appointment yesterday and I’m very happy with everything. Very thorough explanation of everything and definitely look out for the patient. At no point did i feel like they were trying to get me to do extra work just to get paid. I would definitely recommend!

I had a good visit overall, and the dental care itself was thorough and professional. The only thing I’d mention is that I didn’t receive information about my X-rays until I asked, so clearer communication would be helpful. Also, the front desk experience could have been a bit friendlier. I’m hopeful these small areas can improve, because the clinical care was great.
