I highly recommend Dr. Esther Lee and this clinic. The location is extremely convenient, which made it easy to keep up with my appointments. Dr. Lee is very professional—she took the time at the beginning to explain my condition, outline a clear recovery plan, and address my concerns. Over the following weeks, she adjusted my exercises based on my progress, which really helped speed up my recovery. The rest of the staff are also fantastic: friendly, helpful, and genuinely positive. Their attitude made me feel supported and well cared for throughout the process. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable PT and a welcoming clinic, I’d absolutely recommend Esther and this center.

SPT Factoria has made me feel confident, safe and supported throughout the entire rehab process. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and adapts my program to fit my goals and recovery pace. I feel genuinely cared for. Alex, the exercise specialist, is motivating and personable, and Taylor and Esther have also been such a positive presence during my sessions. I have had a great experience with sports physical therapy Factoria. I have been expertly guided and rehabbed through two knee surgeries. Ester is a gifted physical therapist and wonderfully warm person to work with! My physical therapy is over but I’ve stayed on for personal training because the environment is so safe and supportive. I have worked with Alex for over a year and he is amazing. He is encouraging and thoughtful in planning exercises for me that focus on preparing me for all my next adventures. I have also had the recent pleasure of working with Taylor. She could not be more supportive and dedicated to seeing me do my best. Overall, this is a great place to be.

It is practical and helpful and down to earth, something I value. It’s like a targeted training session with an amazing team of therapists. Sophie at the front desk is professional, friendly, and super efficient and helpful. Alex and Dr. Theo are my current therapists. They have helped me go from persistent pain to no pain and I continue coming because they are helping me through other issues. Alex brings quiet caring personal qualities and technical knowledge and detailed skills to help me get the most out each exercise. Dr. Theo is not only a skilled therapist but he cares. It’s a decent place — the people are friendly and easy to talk to. But I don’t think they ever really understood what I needed. I was recovering from a serious motorcycle accident with a shoulder injury. My referral specifically stated I needed full range of motion recovery before any strength training, and I made sure to mention this during my initial evaluation. Despite that, most of my sessions revolved around free weight exercises. In seven weeks, I was offered stretching by my provider exactly once. The pain wasn’t going away, and when I repeatedly brought this up, nothing changed.
