Visiting from Chicago, wanted to find an experienced therapeutic masseuse to do some deep tissue and fascia work. I found Andrea and needless to say she was excellent. Highly recommend

I am very disappointed by the customer service at this place. I travel to Naples frequently and get regular therapy for some injuries. I had made an appointment at this facility And gotten confirmation by both text and email. I showed up 15 minutes early and there was nobody at the desk. I sat there for another 25 minutes. I could hear people laughing and talking in the back of the offices but no one ever came out. Not only was I in need of the therapy that I had gotten an appointment for today, but I also lost time with my family to come sit in a waiting room. Really disappointing. If you're going to have an office and you're going to have staff then they should come and check the desk every once in awhile. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Love this place. New space is great. Andrea and Michael are wonderful massage therapists. I have had massages from each of them and I look forward to going back.
