All of the therapists are skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches. I appreciate the hands on physical manipulation and trigger point release. That has made a huge difference in increasing my joint mobility and reducing pain. Karim is highly skilled at finding just the spot that needs attention and the best exercises to support healing.

I've been coming to see Brendan for about a month for my left knee. I had swelling and the knee is arthritic. My pain has been minimized, almost completely gone (still working on it). I have much more flexibility and stability. Very pleased with my results thus far. Great work and nice work environment.

This Sports and Orthopaedic Therapy Group in Kensington is the best team of PTs I have ever been to. I’m a strong believer in PT, and over the years I have seen Karim, Sheila, and now Brendan at this practice. Each one has been extremely helpful in treating my chronic back/neck pain, cubital tunnel syndrome, and nerve impingement (at different times over the years).
