I had an appointment at 8:50 am. I arrived at 8:35 and it’s 9:10 and they still haven’t called me. I believe I am one of the first appointments and they are already behind. It’s seriously frustrating because we come on time but they’re never on time.

I want to commend and recommend the team at Vision Essentials of Optometry Kensington. I was attended by Dr. Melanie Tarutani, who was very cordial and professional, guiding me every step of the way during the procedure to care for and heal my injured eye. All the technical staff and the manager, Astrid, were very kind and attentive. I received my medications quickly, and having on-site parking was very convenient. Thank you so much, Kaiser, for having such attentive and helpful individuals.

Really efficient, nice, compassionate people work here. Especially Wesley, who’s always smiling. Thanks to him and everyone for making our long days easier.

Dr Dale (OBGYN) and her team are absolutely phenomenal! I am so much more than a patient. My kids are welcomed and we almost feel like extended family. She is incredibly thorough, works tirelessly for our best interest and always sends us to the best specialists when needed. I cannot recommend her or her team highly enough. She’s one of the main reasons I love Kaiser and stay with Kaiser. The level of professionalism and hospitality is impeccable! If you need an OBGYN team, and you have Kaiser, seek her out!

I have the pleasure of relaying on Charles Hall for the past 20 years. He has always done a fantastic job caring for me. My husband takes me to Kaiser since I can't drive and three of us have established such a bond that we look forward to our visits. He is meticulous and go the extra mile to ensure a positive result. Charles is a great person
