I hate to write such a negative review because the URGENT CARE is amazing but the PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE. the pharmacist made us wait 2 hours to tell us that our insurance coverage wouldn't cover the medications my husband needed and they refused to take any other coverages that I had offered. They literally made us waste our time and wait 2 hours just to say no and it was absolutely terrible. And the funniest part about that pharmacy and their terrible employees there is that I got my husband's meds at our local pharmacy within an hour and with no billing issues at ALL. So not ONLY did they WASTE my time but they LIED, WERE LAZY AND DID NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS. Mind you my husband could not walk he was wheelchair bound and I had my toddler with me today and they made her cry and throw a

I went in because im on day 5 of having influenza A. I took a home test due to me working with elderly, and wanted to rule out anything contagious. Well any way day 5 not getting better kinda feel worse went in to be seen. I was asked by staff if I would need a drs note for work, I just said yes because why not get one. Dr Power was annoyed to even be seeing me. Even asked me why he was seeing me after 5 days. Told him my ear is plugged and ringing, which is a new symptom, he said its a little red, i guess ill prescribe you an antibiotic but wait a day or 2 to start them to see if you ear gets worse. Well sir most people dont wanna just run to the drs, especially people who work in healthcare, we know how busy you are. I am on day 5 of sickness but only missing my 3rd day of work, so comin

Hannah Bee is the best Nurse I have ever had at any medical office! She’s is kind, listens well, answers questions & is encouraging throughout the process! She deserves many thanks!

So, I take my daughter whos having issues....and lady at front desk tells her she can only be seen for 1 issue. Leaving me worried about having to bring her back the next day for the other issue. Thankfully the doctor in the back listened to me and helped my daughter. So....the front desk limiting the number of issues to be seen for, was bullshit. DO BETTER.

If could give them 100 stars I would, they literally saved my life I was having one of the worst migraines of my entire life, everyone there was extremely kind and respectful, they treated me with so much dignity. I just love this place so much. I will be grateful the rest of my life for helping me. 💐♥️ This is me and my husband enjoying life the day after.
