What a wonderful massage with Shelly yesterday. My longtime Ashiatsu massage therapist, a mutual friend of us both, was ill and unable to meet. Shelly welcomed me on short notice and quickly invited me into a space to stop, let go and just Be. Just what I needed. I showed up to work today feeling very restored!
