She made me feel immediately welcome. Debra moved me efficiently yet gently into the procedure room, expertly handling the IV placement and setting me up for comfort with ease. Gabe, the nurse anesthetist, did an outstanding job of putting me at ease, explaining what to expect, and making sure I was comfortable throughout.
