When you go to the doctor, you want them to explain all your results, they didn't do it with me, I don't know why doctors never take time with the patient.

I received a confirmation call for 330 after my appointment card stated 3PM After arriving 15 minutes early…. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins after my appointment time. This office does not notify you about them running behind. I then spoke to the “Office Manager” who wanted to reschedule my appointment so they could waste my time again. He didn’t offer any solutions. I hope the main office in West Palm gets a hold of this practice to straighten their office flow. This office does not care about the patient. Just your claim number. If you can make the drive to Vero or PSL it’s worth it.

I absolutely love this place. I was in an automobile accident back in January and because of back, neck and sciatica in both legs suffering with constant leg aches throughout my legs down to my ankles, I was referred to this place. I ended up as Dr Januszewski's patient and found that both he and his wife are wonderful people .You just feel comfortable with them and they are very knowledgeable with what I needed. I started with getting injections because it seemed best to start there but, that didn't quite work for me, it does for some but not me so, the next option he recommended was surgery, the "bilateral lamenscopy" surgery and I went for it. Amber Ewers is absolutely outstanding and this practice is amazing. I have to say that Amber has gone above and beyond to help me in every possible way and then some. I would definitely recommend this practice. Dr. McCollum was awesome too. They did all possible to help me in my time of need .

My wife and I also had to wait FOREVERRRR, FOREVERRR(sandlot) to be seen. Waited in the lobby for 90 min before even being acknowledged and taken back. Once back again took an hour for the doctor to come in. Some common courtesy would be nice. How bout you pick up the phone and call patients and let them know you are running behind!!!!
