West Cobb Ortho is a wonderful orthodontist! My son is currently under their care, and he always has a great experience! My daughter will soon be getting braces, and we will be using them as well!

Old school Dr office. I hate going to Drs in general, but have been consistent in doing my annual check up here. Dr. Spilker is clearly knowledgeable and the staff is great.

Diagnosed me with Hypothyroidism when I didn't have it at all; I had Hashimotos, which is only a two-week disease. After that, some people have Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism or remain normal depending on how the Hashimotos affected their thyroid. This doctor told me that if I had Hashimotos, then I must have Hypothyroidism regardless of what my thyroid panel says. He put me on 50 mcg of levothyroxine despite my blood work coming back normal, and I didn't know any better and trusted his advice. My resting heart rate was at 135 bpm, and he didn't comment on it or try to figure out the reason for that. It turns out my heart rate was so high due to an unnecessary administration of 50 mcg of levothyroxine. Worst doctor I have seen, I do not recommend going to him.

Fantastic family doctor. He has helped my family so much over the years. He has been the most intuitive, accurate physician I have seen ever seen. I chose him for a particular reason and he and his staff have always proved me more than right!

Not the typical doctor or office staff. My husband and I have been going to this doctor for over three years he is very confident intuitive as well as response – able. He is never trying to run up your bill he is always incredibly sensitive about those that do not have regular insurance and pay out of pocket. His office staff reflect the very same thing. The staff is always so kind and intentional I enjoy speaking to them as well.
