This was my first visit to spencer veterinary hospital, My English lab Riley is a big baby when it comes to a vet poking at him and I cant say enough good things about how great every employee was with being kind and gentle with my gentle giant! And a huge thank you to Brooke for literally lifting my 120lbs pups backend up the whole time they were taking blood because when hes nervous he sits down! 🤷🏼‍♂️ and Brooke was amazing with explaining everything at the end with the billing and scheduling followup appointments! Dr. Fagerquist was amazing also and (im sorry i cant remember your name) the other lady that helped out was also great! Thanks again everyone! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I adopted a new dog (after being with Spencer Vet for many years) My new dog was established with another vet, I started to bring him there, but after several visits I realized that I was not happy with the new establishment. I called Spencer Vet and they gave me an appointment within 2 days. It was a very positive experience, not only for me but for my new dog as well. I felt like I was where we belonged and missed the staff as well. I'd like to make a special shout out to not only Dr. Fagerquist, but Shanelle and Brooke as well for their wonderful dog side manner and assistance. I would recommend them highly!!!

Without a doubt Spencer Vet Hospital is the only place I would trust with my pets. They are compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. Today Shanelle and Brook made sure Wilson was comfortable and getting his vaccines were a chance to see his friends- never a scary experience. The entire team works together to make each visit personal and enjoyable.

I’ve been a client of Spencer Veterinary Hospital since 2021 or 2020 I believe. I absolutely ADORE these ladies. I’ve seen Dr. Fagerquist Cecilia and Brooke most often when I come in but ALL of the staff is amazing. Any new hires- You will also love this place. These ladies have been here for years so that should tell you something about them and yourself 🫶 What’s really important here is the TRUST I have in this team. And the trust they have in me! Over the years they have helped me with the following: - Feline herpesvirus (upper respiratory) that my cat Bolt had. This is the original reason I have stayed a client for years. My dog Trixie loves Spencer vet!!! Especially her amazing tech Shanelle!!!!!! Shanelle has been Trixie vet tech since we got her almost 5 years ago!!!! She is the most patient, caring, kind human being I have ever met!!!! We are beyond happy with Shanelle and Spencer Vet we highly recommend them!!!!!!
