Spencer Family Dental

Everyone at Spencer Family Dental is simply fantastic. All of the hygienist (especially Kim) are so gentle and thorough and Dr Nasser is simply amazing. Of course, a special thank you to Darlene for always being understating of my difficult work schedule and making sure I find an appointment.

First of all , the staff very friendly. The environment super clean and inviting.. warm on the winter and nice and cold in the summer. I have been coming to this office for a long time , probably 10 years ,I believe. They take care my dental needs with no problem and give me advice about my insurance. I love Dr. Hanna and the hygienist. But the office lady Darlene claimed she called me about moving my appointment. She did NOT call me. I don't have a missed call or a voicemail from them like she claimed. She wasn't even sincere in her condescending apology. I actually realized because of this that I forgot to even set up my voicemail when I got my new phone. So how exactly could she have left me a voicemail? This is not professional of them at all. Not sure I'll be staying with them if this is how they run things. Dishonesty is a huge issue for me. Additionally, it is unacceptable to change an appointment without directly speaking with the patient.

10********** GREAT dental office! All staff, from the receptionist and office manager to the techs and Dr. Hanna, are very accommodating, polite, gentle and caring. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
