My parents have been seeing Mackenzie and Bailey since November 2025. They have received excellent therapy for speech and swallowing, common challenges in late-stage Parkinson’s, as well as cognitive therapy for moderate-stage dementia. During a follow-up appointment at the neurologist’s office, we observed improvements in memory, thanks to the strategies learned through SSNR’s training. I have worked with Liz for several months, after a small stroke I had in September. I didn’t think I needed speech rehab until I started and realized I was having difficulty in word finding.
