Very unprofessional and needs to stay out of custody disputes. Today I went to say hi to my son at therapy on my lunch break. One of the girls at the front desk asked me if I wanted to go back and see him, I said I just wanted to say hi and I'm on my lunch break and have to go back to work. She went to the back to ask. She came back about 5+ minutes later and told me I was not allowed to see or say hi to my son that I would need permission from his dad (my ex husband) and also told me that he had signed a paper that says that he makes all decisions and his permission is needed for everything. I have not seen any paperwork and when I asked to see this document I was told she would have to ask. I have yet to get a response. The staff is beyond welcoming and so extremely kind! I would highly recommend this place for pediatric therapy to anyone looking to take their kiddos for speech therapy and or occupational therapy. They won’t disappoint you! The place is so beautiful and it is always kept so clean and organized. Love it!

We have been with them for almost 2 years now. Abby is so patient and kind! Kerri makes therapy so much fun and is just the best. And Tanya is always such a joy she really takes the time my son needs. The office staff- especially terry is great and super helpful with anything that comes up.

My son has been coming here for almost 2 years. Every staff member that we have interacted with are truly a pleasure. I cannot thank them enough for helping my son continue to grow and learn with all the work they have done with him. Ms. Katie is his favorite and he looks forward to the time he gets to have with her each week. Any questions we have had are answered very promptly. The therapists we have had take the time to go over all activities that have happened in the day and any things that have come up at home. Highly recommend if your little one is needing any kind of OT/ST/PT.

Caroline (I believe) was my son's therapist and she never smiled or seemed to be happy to be working with kids. She insisted that my son was autistic and that was the only thing she wanted to talk to me about. He is but he is homeschooled and we need to focus on his OT/ST. Autistic kids need that - not just an evaluation to tell the parents what they already know. Never told me what they worked on. Just he did good and have you had him evaluated? He does this and this which is not neurotypical. We did and got that all taken care of but I want to work with therapists who are happy to work with kids, my kids especially, and can me what they are doing for him to progress.
