Dr. Garner is the best audiologist in town! She is so knowledgable, kind, and will do everything in her power to help you and advocate for you. She is widely respected and loved within her field and among her patients...for good reason too! She always puts her patients needs first. I cannot recommend the University Speech & Hearing Center and Dr. Garner enough!

I drive from the Mountains of North Georgia to Augusta to use this location to manage my hearing loss. I find the service to be impeccable, the staff friendly, and the pricing very competitive. Most importantly the end result allows me to enjoy music, movies, and conversation once more. If you suffer from hearing loss I highly recommend you try University Speech and Hearing Center!!

Took the day off work, and drove 3 HOURS for my appointment to meet the audiologist to receive testing results from a previously performed test.. The Dr knew the distance I was driving. The appt was set 2 weeks in advance. The day of I show up to my appt to the office.. I received a voicemail from the front desk 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel because the Dr left early! The front desk agent called from a cell phone.. NOT the office number. I requested to just be given a printed copy of the test results and was refused. I was told the Dr didnt even have them completed. Was informed my Leslie that the Dr "was suppose to be working on them until my appt time at 3". Do not recommend this audiologist. Waste of my time.
