I called on February 23, 2021 to schedule a pre-employment drug screening. I was given a March 3, 2021 appointment- the soonest they had available according to the rude lady who answered the phone. I am actually sitting this this poor excuse of a waiting room now. Anyway, when I arrived, I called to let them know I was here. The same rude woman answered the phone and said “you should have rang the doorbell”. I said that someone should have mentioned that was the procedure when I called. Someone answered the door, and she again reiterated that I should have rang the doorbell. She pointed to this tiny sign on the door. Pre employment drug screening. I arrived to a small building along a highway. The building was somewhat un maintained. I tried twice going in, but the door was locked, the hours of operation were correct on the sign. I searched around the side of the building for an entrance. Finding nothing, I returned to the locked door and called them. The lady who answered the phone was cold and rude. I was having trouble hearing everything she was saying due to the highway traffic behind me. When I began to tell her that I couldn't hear her and try to ask how to get in the building, she yelled at me and stated that someone was opening the door for me right now. Inside was small with old furniture, a chair in the waiting room appeared broken. The lady who let me in had me fill out a small slip of paper

Very poor customer service. Impossible to contact or have them return a call or email. They don't supply your results through email as they said it would come. Definitely question the validity of their results. Be careful if you're using them for an employee drug test

The woman Pam is completely rude and absolutely incompetent. The gentleman that answers the phone is kind and does the best he can to help. I took a pre employment drug screen and my employer allowed me to start in the mean time. They called and left me a message and assuming it was about a certain med I faxed over the scripts after first trying to call them back FOUR TIMES with no response. Two and half weeks go by and I hear nothing so I assume that it is resolved. My boss calls me and tells me they called and said they have tried to reach me and that I am not cooperating to send proof!!!!! How ridiculous! It is none of my employers business the medication I take . I talk to the woman Pam and she tells me she doesn't know what showed up so how am I to send proof!!! I had a recent trip t

I can't believe I'm giving a 5 star review to a pee testing facility, but I really admired their professionalism and worker oriented mindset. They were clear and helped me jump through some bureaucratic hoops that that could have slowed me down. Very good people.
