Spectrum Eye Care- South End

I'm a new patient at Spectrum Eyecare South End location. The front desk staff were so kind and polite. My appointment with the assistant and Dr Ryan Wirsok was awesome. He has a lot of fun energy. I would recommend people to this location. If there is a typo I don't have my glasses or contacts on these eyes. Lol🤣🤣

I have been to so many eye doctors in charlotte… and I’ve FINALLY found a great one!! First, I did not wait! I was seen at my appointment time and everything was completed in a super timely manner. Everyone I interacted with during the appointment was very friendly. The front desk staff helped me quickly get my contact order an no one tried to over-sell me on anything. And lastly, Dr Wirkus is the best! He is knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend as someone who has been everywhere!

It was my first time at this eye care center and everyone was super nice and professional. I felt I received a very through eye exam. I felt the doctor was open, honest and sincere about the condition of my eyes. I was not pressured into getting a pair of glasses that I really didn't need. Very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend. Great exper ience!

Great service! Hannah, the technician, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her experience truly showed in the quality of her work and her attention to detail. The overall experience was smooth, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this facility to others.

Spectrum Eye Care is the best! Dr. Osborne is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff are helpful and competent. I have gone here for ten years and will continue for ten more. Can’t say enough good things about this practice!
