Let me start off by saying, this review is purely for the front desk staff, the referral process, and the people who answer the phone. I never made it to the doctors so this review has nothing to do with them. My daughter was referred by Mercy because she has been having spells of impetigo for the past three months. The woman at the front desk was not only rude but contradicted herself at every turn. The referral process there is terrible. I called Mercy back and they got us in with another doctor and I let them know that his place wasn’t taking new patients like the woman at the front desk told me, and to make a note that the front staff is very rude. They said they would not send any more referrals here.

Dr. McKenzi Standard made me feel human when I was most vulnerable. Her bedside manner was amazing and she treated me like I was family. One of the most professional persons I have dealt with in a while. Thank you for sharing your passion! It shows.

We love Dr. Hillary Lawrence and her staff! She provides exceptional care, she is kind spirited, knowledgeable and an expert in her field. Thank you Dr. Lawrence and your staff for always making a difference!

Waited for 30 minutes past our appointment time to get in. Not sure why they have scheduled appointments.

My wife and I both go here and Dr Lawrence is great. She is patient and takes time to listen to you and explain everything with detail. I never feel rushed. We can not recommend Dr. Lawrence and her staff enough. They are always very professional and wonderful to work with.
