They didn't do a word they said would. Charged my ins over 120 dollars more than what it was supposed to cost. Then said that I didn't have insurance that was a cash price they gave me. They knew I had insurance from the minute I walked in!! Horrible experience do NOT recommend!!

I can't thank Amber and the crew for their help. Called and spoke with Amber about my perception, she was so helpful over the phone and in person. Picked out frames and new glasses, actually had it all done in less time than quoted. Billing was easy, unlike other places I went, this place is fantastic. Thank you again specs optical, you do a fantastic job. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is why you should choose Specs Optical for your optical needs. It’s Friday morning and I’m headed out of town on business when I realized that the hinge on my frames is cracked. I stop by Specs hoping they have a solution to get me through the weekend. My frames are toast, but they found another frame that my existing trifocal lenses can be modified to fit. They do this in less than 20 minutes and my weekend is saved. The in house lab made the difference for me and it could for you too.

Love this place! Molly, Heather, Ramona, and Dr. Burd worked hard to get me the right eyeglasses and sunglasses. They were making calls on the spot to Jim to make sure that the sunglasses I liked would be compatible with my prescription. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I think I found my new optometrist and opticians! Thanks specs optical 😎
