Sam at the Desloge location is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and advocating for patients! In the last year, Sam has fought to get more refills on my daughters medication, found manufacturers coupons (and helped fill them out, even contacting the company) because she felt we were paying too much for the medication. I’ve never had someone advocate so hard for a customer. I have never met Sam in person but my family is extremely grateful for her compassion to strangers. Thank you for everything you do Sam!

Parkland Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in our area. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers. They are incredibly efficient, so I never have to wait long, and they make every visit smooth and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reliable service!

I've been a customer at this pharmacy for some time now, and I have consistently received exceptional service. Went there to get a mobility aid for my broken foot. The lady at the front said that I had to pay a 60 dollar deposit (reasonable), so I went out to get my wallet. When I came back, she was gone and two new ladies then told me that I actually had to pay 150 dollars despite having a prescription. They said that they couldn't bill my insurance company until tomorrow. Seemed pretty scammy to me, like they were trying to take my money.
