Brenda and Norman are both incredibly patient and helpful. They took the time to walk me through my insurance options and made sure my plan worked for the glasses I wanted. The whole process was smooth, and they have a great selection of frames.

This lady at the front desk was rude. I came in without a mask and I knew I needed one but I just had a quick question and then I was outta there. My mask broke before I walked in. I just needed to ask when my appointment was and she seemed annoyed that I asked. She told me I needed a mask and I understood because covid is still around. She then answered my question and told me to come in with a mask next time. As I walked out I saw two people with no mask sitting by the windows which made no sense.

Called this location for an estimate on lenses for a frame. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude. She said “this is a terrible time to call and ask me questions when I have a customer in front of me, you shouldn’t be calling here to ask questions”. I told her to have a good day and hung up.

I will never come back i saw 2 strars and still go back to this place ,i called 3 weeks ago because my kid fall down and lost his glasses ,the nasty lady who answer my phone with very bad attitud told me she forgot to place the oder with high voice, when i told her my 10 year old has to wait onther two weeks without been able to see well at school ,she jumbed on me ,telling me it human error dont gave me headack iam the only one working here ,so you got no choice but to wait ,after this i will never go to this place ,look how many stars they and you know how racist nasty people are they stay away from this nightmare place to many places with good service around

Please don’t confuse Dr.Gurlands office as Specs Opticals building is attached. Specs has an amazing team (man and a woman). They are kind, patient and know their styles.
