Sam was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He personally handled transferring my prescription and made the whole process super easy. He also took the time to explain all my medication options, and helped me understand what would work best instead of just handing me a bag and sending me off. He went completely above and beyond by delivering my prescription himself after work hours!! That honestly meant so much to me and it was for FREE!! It’s so rare to find this level of care and dedication. I highly recommend them. Exceptional service!

I can’t say enough good things about Luxury Pharmacy! The customer service is exceptional—friendly, respectful, and truly attentive. I came in to drop off my cat’s prescription medication to be turned from a tablet to liquid form. Not a lot of pharmacies do this. Pharmacist Sam was warm and welcoming when I walked in. The pharmacy itself has a homey, local, old Americana feel, unlike the typical commercial pharmacies. I was told that the medication would be ready the next day and it was! Pharmacist Sam even adjusted the medication bottle by removing the dropper end off so that it would be a cap and provided a syringe dispenser instead so I can easily administer the liquid medication to my cat. I inquired about their delivery service as well. He offers free delivery service within the area

Happy Customer here, definitely recommend, Mr.Sam from my first interaction was super sweet, welcoming, received some accessories nice to come across people that take treats his customers with care, my daughter was very sick and our proscription was sent late. Non the less Mr. Sam made sure we got our medicine although it was his close to closing hours. He did not make us feel rushed instead offered to drop it off to make sure we received it day of (we live in the area) I’m very appreciative , great service!

Sam is very kind, always there when my father Eduardo needs his help, would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Bayonne, they go beyond their reach to try and accommodate you.

Sam was so helpful to us this week. He helped me get insulin for my cat that 12 other pharmacies couldn’t get for me (yes, we called 12). They called me when it was ready. And they also offer delivery. I will return again soon. It’s nice to have a local pharmacist that cares. Thank you Sam!
