I had a situation where this vendor was working beside my property removing trees from a neighbor's property. They accidently damaged a camper cover on my RV from branches from one of the trees. I contacted Bill the owner and expected the usual resistance and denial. He promptly acknowledged their actions and took care of my damage at their expense. That is unheard of in their line of work. I was impressed with his follow-up and it spoke volumes about their work ethic and customer care. He followed-up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I will be needing tree service in the future and will be calling them for an estimate. Very impressed!
