Great staff. Beautiful and warm decor. Family-friendly individual wait rooms. Great cafe' on 3rd floor. Convenient parking. Overall amazing experience. It's exactly what the Special Needs community needs! This was my son's first time there, and surely won't be his last. As a nurse, working in Home Healthcare, I've already referred 2 clients to this amazing place. A dental group where special needs adults are welcomed. This should be an industry standard, but far too many times Pediatric patients age out, without being referred to those who could continue lifelong care for their dental needs. I am so impressed with the services my daughter received from Special Smiles. The process was easy and simple. At your initial consult, you receive paperwork that needs to be completed by the PCP and any other doctors noted. My daughter’s doctors faxed over immediately. Our appt was this past Tuesday. The staff could not have been nicer. They were so kind and caring to my girl. We’re going back in a few weeks for round 2. You will not be disappointed at all!

Everyone at the office is amazing! This is our 4th year taking our daughter who has special needs. We always feel comfortable leaving her in their care for the dental work she needs done. They explain everything in detail. And the gentleman who wheels her out to the car after the procedure is her favorite person. She looks forward to coming back to see him every year, it might be the only reason she is so calm!

Yesterday was our first visit. Greeted by friendly staff immediately. We immediately went into a private waiting room. We were there pretty early and they got us in and we did not wait long at all and everyone was professional, thorough, and kind. I feel very comfortable bringing my son with special needs here.

From the moment we entered the beautiful comfortable waiting rooms, to the care each medical professional gave Joey, it was a great experience. The updated wing of Special Smiles, which included its own parking lot, was a huge improvement from past years. Joey has been a patient of Special Smiles since 2004 and it is a blessing to his dental care. Even Joey looks forward to his yearly appointment!
