Her sessions were always fun, engaging, and thoughtfully tailored to my child’s specific interests and needs, which made a huge difference in keeping my child motivated and excited to participate. My son worked with Jess for several weeks in the fall of 2025. His teacher at preschool had requested an evaluation a couple times (classmates had trouble understanding at 3 years old), and Jess was able to do that for us. My son did not technically “qualify” for services but we continued on as self-pay clients for as long ad we could afford. My son enjoyed visiting Jess each week. Her sessions were so engaging and interesting for him. If we had insurance paying for it, we would still be going! We decided to stop for now because he was progressing ok on his own and the cost was becoming difficult to justify. I really appreciated that Jess understood this and seemed to come to the same conclusion that it was time to wrap up.

Jess is a fantastic speech therapist! Our son made enormous improvements working with her and has since "graduated" from speech therapy. She made it fun and engaging, even after long school days. We've recommended Speaktacular to friends who have also had a great experience!
