Spay Neuter Clinic: Penn Hills

We had our puppy spayed here. And would highly recommend. Drop off and pick up was very easy. They are quick and the entire process was smooth. Incision is hardly visible even after just 4 days. Our puppy is already back to her normal energetic self. The prices are great! I would absolutely go back here again. Also, everyone I spoke to was polite, kind and able to answer any questions I had.

My two 6 month old male kittens came in to be neutered and chipped. The place runs like clockwork and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The boys are recovering nicely with no complications. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was only 5 minutes late for a scheduled neuter drop-off due to unavoidable parkway construction, and they refused to take my pet. I explained that I needed to get to a funeral to support my grieving family, but there was absolutely no compassion or flexibility shown. My wife even called to try to get them to understand, but the staff doubled down, even correcting me that I was 6 minutes late, not 5. Policies are one thing, but basic empathy and understanding are another. Emergencies and traffic happen, and in this case the clinic chose to prioritize rigid rules over basic human decency. Instead of helping, the staff treated us with cold indifference. I left with my pet still unhelped, late for a funeral, and with a clear message: this

Took my kitten there for spaying everything went well. 1 yr later kitten was dead took to vet it seems that during spaying incision on lower intestinal was cut. Really nice never recommend them. It's like a herd of cattle going in there.

They took care of my dog and had a great process. They weren't hiding any fees at all. I really don't think I have any criticisms here as everything went so smooth! Thanks guys.
