Sparkle Pediatric Dentistry

My son has been a patient at Sparkle for about two years, and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lewis! She has handled all of his procedures with professionalism, kindness, and honesty. Dr. Lewis is personable, communicates clearly, and always keeps things straightforward. A special shout out to Stacy at the front desk! She was an absolute angel during a stressful time with nonstop calls and helped us find a solution. Both Dr. Lewis and Stacy stood by us every step of the way. I highly recommend Sparkle for anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

First- if you have multiple children be prepared for them to treat every single one of them as an individual. Book more than one appointment at the same day and time, you will get calls and texts, repeatedly, to remind of appointment and to get the insurance details. One text and call would suffice but there is no brain behind the process. Second- Children will not be seen by the same tech nor even in the same vicinity. Disturbed? I was. I’m not talking grown children, I’m talking 4 and 5 year old children. This is the first time this happened but WTH is wrong with the people scheduling these appointments. Third- this is the most deranged in my opinion. Now your two children are separated, if you’re standing with your 4 year old be prepared for a dentist to talk and treat your 5 year old

This has to be the best dentist I’ve been to, everyone was so nice and gentle with my daughter! They really make you feel at home, 10/10 definitely recommend.

10/10 would recommend.. that you find another dental office. Absolutely need to mention Courtney because she showed a complete lack of patience or compassion on the phone. We had scheduled a surgical procedure months in advance and I was told we’d get a call prior to discuss details and instructions for day of. There was a miscommunication because they had notes about a call and message being left but unfortunately I never got the call or message. When I called the office Courtney seemed very annoyed with my frustration, both my kids were literally screaming in the background while we were on the phone and I was having a hard time hearing her. We had never missed an appointment before this miscommunication or even been late and she was talking down to me as if she had no interest in resche

Dr. Robertson, McKenzie, Courtney, and Ashley made our experience today AWESOME!!!! They all went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was completely comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. After cooperating with the team, she got a balloon animal and left with a HUGE smile on her face now that her teeth got "painted"! 🤩 I highly recommend Sparkle Pediatric Dentistry for anyone looking for high quality dental care for their kiddos with friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! 👏👏👏👏
