Sat for 40 minutes. When a young lady noticed we had been sitting there awhile ,her an a co worker took my son back an got him all done in 5min. They where not even the staff that was to take care of him. They where awesome.

I took my children to this place. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The office was very clean. When I say clean, I mean it looked clean and smelled very clean, too. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of work done in this area.

Everything was explained in full detail. The orthodontist and the assistant was very professional, polite and informative. My child was very pleased and as a parent I was satisfied as well. Thank you!

Terrible experience. I originally chose this office because I had a good experience there in the past. However, once my son became a patient, everything went downhill. From the very first appointment after getting his braces on, his brackets started coming off within the first week. We had to return for a repair appointment, and even after they “fixed” them, the brackets came off again. This has been an ongoing issue for months. At another visit, we were told he would not be seen unless a payment was made first despite me having an active contract and payment agreement with the office. Because of scheduling issues and repeated problems, my son has now gone 2–3 months without proper treatment. Today I called to schedule an appointment and was told they are extremely short-staffed and he

Professional, courteous and informative. We met with the treatment coordinator and received a timeline of when we could start treatment for my 12 year old. I got an appointment really fast and they did not charge for the initial evaluation.
