Spark Orthodontics of Lancaster

Unfortunately my car stalled out. Had to wait a couple minutes to restart it. Traveling from lebanon pa to Lancaster pa clinic. Was 13 min late and my son was seen only for 5 min and informed because I was late I would have to return next month.

This place is horrible! My son had braces placed with them due to my schedule and his school schedule we rescheduled a few times not no showed ! They got payed from the insurance in full for the braces. they discharged us never told the insurance company collected the check for 3 months after they discharged us! We had no idea we moved back to Philadelphia to get braces maintenance or removed and were told we were maxed out to our surprise. I call back to billing who tell me that they cannot help us. I then explain that they got paid for services they did not rendered they then say oh we can remove the braces but cannot give him retainers! I then say fine I tell them I’m in Philadelphia but the only appointment they can give is 8am! I’ve tried calling several times with no response they s

Took my little guy in for an “emergency” appt. because one of his brackets came loose and they were prompt and efficient had us in and out within 30 minutes and him all fixed up! So far, we’ve not had a bad experience at Spark Lancaster!

Great Professional & Clean place. Convenient Location for people who don't drive. The Staff from the front desk to the back are Kind & Friendly and know what they are doing.

They are only getting a one star cause I can’t choose zero they allow you to go months without a treatment they go against all their treatment plans. They’re always canceling appointments. They are horrible. I should have stayed with Smilebuilderz. I do not recommend anybody taking their children. I had to contact the Attorney General and the Department of health in order to get my child seen after they continue to push a routine every 6 to 8 week check up out over six months the worst customer service and they don’t even give you insight when you go. It’s usually a dental assistant doing all the work and the Doctor hardly ever talks to you. They are very bad at the business they do and they need to be investigated further because they do not hold up to their end of the contract.
