Always a pleasant visit. Friendly staff. Not long wait times. They do timely appointments and always answer all our questions with professionalism, never had a bad experience. Love this place and highly recommend to anyone looking for braces .

I had the best experience with Danville. All of the workers there are very personable and friendly. Dr. Tina is by fair my favorite orthodontist and I can’t thank her enough for how perfect she made my smile. After 3 years an 9 months I finally got my braces off and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you all so much for the perfect smile!!💜

We always have a great experience at Spark in Danville. My daughter was very upset about needing braces, but, after our first visit she became more comfortable and and confident. They do amazing work and are always happy to answer questions and help when needed.

The place and people themselves seem nice. But you have to wait on the phone anywhere from 20-60 mins to reach anyone. I’m not sure if they are this busy or not, but if this is an apparent issues ( based on reviews it is) they should be hiring someone new or hire more people. It gives you an option to “save your place in line,” however there’s no guarantee when they finally call you back you won’t be at work or on another call. I’ve been to a few orthodontist and regular dentist and have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone. I’m on hold now actually as I write this and I’m calling to try to reschedule my son’s appt and I’ve already been waiting 28 mins. I have work to do and this isnt a realistic approach for business. They need to hire more.

Great experience. Unmatched courtesy and kindness. In English and Spanish. The best place for your children. They do an amazing job. We love this place.
