I dont often leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. If I could give more, I would. They took my puppy a week early because I found out he had worms and was worried. I called and asked them for advice on what to do because I never owned a dog before, the squeezed me in and they were so excellent with me and my puppy. Everyone I talked to were sooooo friendly. They acted like my puppy was the 1st puppy they'd ever seen. So kind and so gentle with my pup. And for everything I had done for my puppy, it was a good price. I thought it would be way more expensive than what it was. And they talked to me extensively to make sure I understood what was going on and what I had to do in the future. We'd been going to Alpine for my dog's entire life. All it took was one judgemental stare and conversation after 9 years of busting our asses for our dog and spending whatever we could to make sure he was healthy and thriving for the illusion that these people were honest and caring to break. The last time I was there, Dr. Conrad was less than pleasant and implied that we weren't taking enough care of our dog after explaining our financial situation was limiting our ability to provide the medication prescribed to him regularly. After switching vets and having to go to the animal hospital to put him to sleep last night, we came to understand that even if we had been able to follow Conrad's suggestions to the letter, it wouldn't have made a difference. Dr Sasha Gilbert is EXCEPTIONAL!! She loves animals and you can visibly see it every time she treats your special pet!!

The only Aviary vet in our area.. and it's a 40 min. Car ride for us. They have a great group of people working there who clearly love their clients! They know our Jeffrey well and are always glad to see him when he goes for his beak, nails and feather trim. Yes, we do recommend them!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Care and Unprofessional Behavior I’m deeply disappointed with the service we received at this veterinary office. During a visit with our dog, we were not only subjected to poor bedside manner but were also yelled at by the staff. This was a particularly difficult moment for us, as our dog was seriously ill, and instead of offering empathy and understanding, the staff acted aggressively and unprofessionally. The manager, who seemed to be the only person we could talk to, escalated the situation further by raising her voice at us, making us feel even more distressed during an already emotional time. She insisted that we give our dog a rabies shot despite him having recently received one, and never once asked for proof of this vaccination. It felt like she was
