Carlos and crew are seriously one of a kind. From specialized sports, weight and fitness training to rehabilitation of injury, they do it all. I started going to Carlos and crew in early 2020 for a fitness related knee pain. My knee got rehabilitated to full strength and more. I visited SPARK in December 2024 when visiting my family from out of state. I had a lot of hip pain and was having difficulty walking. I had an appointment scheduled with an orthopedic surgeon, but had to wait until the end of January. I went to SPARK and saw Carlos for an evaluation where he NEEDLED my hip and gave me exercises to do. My pain was greatly reduced! I wasn't limping every time I got up to walk. Carlos was very friendly and professional, he explained each step he did during the needling and I felt very comfortable. I was glad to be able to get in and out quickly.
