Space Coast Vascular Interventional Radiology

Wonderful experience at Dr. Patel's Space coast vascular intervention office. The nurses and staff were very kind professionals who were helpful from the beginning to the end. All my concerns were addressed by Dr. Patel before during and after the PAE surgery. This was a successful surgery, which I put off for way too many years. Thank you, Dr. Patel and all your staff. Today while in the office for thyroid biopsies, I was advised that there was a problem with my Insurance eligibility and I would have to either cancel/reschedule or pay out of pocket. You can imagine how this added to my already anxious state being draped and prepped for my procedure I had waited 2 weeks for. I decided to pay just to get it over with. Dr.Patel came in and kindly asked "how I was feeling". I replied "I was fine until I was just told Medicare is giving some wrong information and I had to cancel or pay for today. I had good ins and never had a problem". He calmly said "get it straightened out and don't worry about paying today". He immediately took the weight right off my shoulders and calmed me. Starting from the front desk...the very best ! Experience was pleasant and qualified, comfortable office experience. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable in his field and explains every detail in full. Wonderful bedside manner , leaves you feeling that your in good hands.

This place is amazing! I absolutely love the staff, especially Ashley and Nicole. They are so warm and friendly. They are always happy, empathetic to me when needed and very lighthearted and supportive. They always make a difficult situation a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to anyone considering getting procedures done on their veins. Dr. Patel and his entire staff are very professional and the absolute best I have dealt with.
