I’ve been here about 4 times now & each time the experience gets better! The employees are super welcoming & friendly. The massage itself was phenomenal, I love how they ask if you would like them to apply more pressure or less. This time around, my husband and I had Annie and Lulu. They both have great hands & focused on points we felt needed more attention. He even tried cupping & felt a great relief! The prices are shockingly affordable which makes it easier for one to tip more. I see a lot of these negative reviews have to do with being asked to tip more than $5 & I must say $5 is an insult for a tip! If you genuinely enjoy your massage, there is no reason why you shouldn’t tip $15+ on an hour massage. “They need to pay their employees more” is not an excuse to be cheap, just like nail

The massage itself was fine, no complaints about the quality. However, I didn’t like the tipping situation. I left a $5 tip and was asked why it wasn’t $10. I have a gift certificate for 10 sessions, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a fixed mandatory tip every time. Tips should be optional, not expected. This part left a bad impression. I did leave a $5 tip. My concern is not the amount, but being asked to add more after I already tipped. Tips are voluntary and should not be requested by the front desk. This is a customer service issue, not a complaint about the massage quality.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a bit. The other day, I booked ahead for four people, but when we arrived only three therapists were available, leaving one of our group without a massage after unnecessary back-and-forth. My therapist was overly aggressive and seemed irritated. I repeatedly asked for lighter pressure—he would agree, then quickly return to painful force. They used a scorching hot, stiff towel that burned my skin (usually they only use the hot rocks which he did and then brought out the towel), and at one point he suddenly smacked my back so hard I jumped. I was also charged $45 even though the posted price for a 30-minute back + 30-minute foot massage is $40. Regardless the “one-hour” massage ended early, and the therapist stepped out of the room multiple times for several m

The massage was average overall. What bothered me was being instructed how much tips to leave. Tips are not mandatory and should reflect the level of service. Being pressured to leave $10 at checkout felt uncomfortable. For a $45 service, a $5 tip is perfectly reasonable. I will definitely not be back.

I discovered a hidden gem—clean and well-organized. I chose a 90-minute session and absolutely loved my massage therapist, Dina. She knew exactly what I needed. I tipped $30, and it was well worth it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
