Spa City Pain Management

I’m a year post op from a cervical fusion and still having some original pain plus new pain. I got a 2nd opinion from a different neurosurgeon and I was referred to Dr Crabtree to try some steroid injections. I was skeptical because past shots with the prior physician never worked. I had my first shot with Dr Crabtree a few days ago and for the first time in a few years I finally feel relief. No one has been able to help me until now. I’m so grateful for this office!

Dr. Crabtree and his staff are terrific. Caroline is the best all around, she remembers your name in you walk in and is tenacious when dealing with insurance and getting procedures approved.

Having dealt with numerous pain clinics due to several severe physical issues, I can say that this clinic is a rare gem in AR. Dr Crabtree listened and spent adequate time to answer my questions. I really felt seen and heard. Kudos to his entire team from reception to every nurse. There was a waiting list to be seen here, and now I see why. Thank you to all of you for your stellar treatment of patients to smooth running of the business side of things!

The staff and nurses are great .. I love Lauren the APRN she’s very sweet and understanding . I like the fact that they listen to u and take everything you say into consideration. So far they have helped me immensely with my pain. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both my knees . It’s very painful. I don’t think Dr.Crabtree wants anyone to suffer with chronic pain so he will work with you. But I think his intentions are the best. He really understands and works with you . Again the staff is great. Love the nurses and receptionists both of them .
