Spa Amore was absolutely wonderful to work with for our company team-building event! From the start, Jessica (the owner) was so responsive and accommodating. She worked with me on scheduling, budget, and even helped plan how many therapists would work best for our group. She was organized, understanding, and communicative every step of the way, even helping me create a sign-up sheet for our team in advance. When she arrived, she transformed one of our plain office rooms into the most serene and peaceful space. It looked and felt like a real spa retreat! She was professional, warm, and so sweet, and even helped hand out the little gift bags I made for our employees while I was tied up in meetings (lifesaver!). I believe this business is a scam. I purchased a spa package from Amore, and it has been several months of trying to book an appointment with no success. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not been able to schedule anything, nor have I received a clear or helpful response. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. Selling services that customers cannot actually use is unacceptable. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware before spending their money. I would not recommend purchasing from this business

My experience here today was amazing. I went for my birthday with family. Jessica’s customer service and hospitality was a 10/10. She was so accommodating for my family of 4 and getting us all in for our massages. She also gifted me flowers and a balloon which truly made my day. I have never experienced that level of personalized service and I am so appreciative! You own and operate and amazing business!! Tanya, my girl. Best. Massage. Ever. 10/10 - would recommend. She made sure to activate every sense, the massage had me knocked out and I was so relaxed! I could go on and on, truly amazing service! I will be back!

I traveled to ATL for my daughter's 30th birthday and wanted to get massages for her, my sister, my mother and myself on a Saturday. The decision to get a massage was last minute. I called several locations that I had visited in the past but of course everyone was either booked or couldn't accommodate four people at the same time or at a slightly staggered slot. I prearranged for us to have brunch before the massages. Since my normal spa locations were not available I began looking for spas that were near where we planned to have brunch that morning. After a long online search I came across a few locations of which Spa Amore was one. This is my second time visiting Spa Amore. Tonya is my preferred therapist. She is AMAZING. I truly felt nurtured and taken care of. She listened to my body without me saying a thing. She is an intuitive massage therapist. The first time I booked the 90 minute session, then a 120 minute session and I actually was so impressed by her skills I decided to join the monthly membership so I could get a discount on future services. I will be back and I HIGHLY suggest that you request Tonya.
