Great yoga class today. The ambience was very relaxing. The studio very clean. The instructor did great!

Carrie is very knowledgeable on her craft & you can tell she cares about your wellbeing. They have made a beautiful waiting room area to be calm & relaxing while you settle in. In addition to feeling relaxed, my neck/shoulder pain was gone by the time I was off the table. Looking forward to coming back!

Carrie is a kind, beautiful soul who emanates warmth, love and acceptance. She has brought together a wonderful and supportive team of women, each with unique skills to assist in the healing process. She has built her life and career around helping others on their journey. My only regret is not finding her sooner.

Not only is Carrie amazing at what she does but she’s very kind. I instantly felt comfortable with her and made me feel welcomed. My back finally feels amazing and I feel like a brand new person. Thank you!
