Southwood Rita Pharmacy

I had a fantastic experience at South-wood Rita Pharmacy,The pharmacy was clean, organized, and welcoming. Natalie provided exceptional service, guiding me through over-the-counter medication options with incredible knowledge and care. Highly recommend this pharmacy for outstanding service.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and incompetent service at a pharmacy as I did at Rita’s Pharmacy. When my doctor called in a prescription, I was told it wasn’t approved by my insurance. After contacting my insurance myself, I learned it was approved and that the pharmacy needed to follow up directly. After much back and forth, they admitted the medication was on back order and instructed me to find another pharmacy. When I asked them to transfer the prescription, they refused, insisting the other pharmacy contact them instead. The other pharmacy stated that Rita’s needed to initiate the transfer. The pharmacy tech I spoke with was dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly rude throughout the process. Even when the other pharmacy reached out, the tech continued to be difficult, g

WOW!!! Everything in the store is over priced. They even charge $0.25 for a bag!!! Stay away. Go up the street to Walmart...save your money

Excellent independent pharmacy! The pharmacists are so fast, reliable and helpful. I've developed a great relationship with them and my doctor loves working with this pharmacy. They go the extra mile to make sure my meds are ready without a problem and have even caught a few mistakes from my multiple providers. Not to mention they deliver right to my doorstep and allow easy house charge accounts as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
