Customer Reviews
Even for quick hearing screenings, this is a fantastic office with warm welcoming people. In a line of work where there can be a higher than normal level of noise, this was much needed to stay ahead of any potential hearing loss. I would highly recommend this office.
As a born Deaf/Hard of Hearing 45 year old, and wearing different Hearing aids for the past 43 years through Ent/Audiology offices, I really enjoyed my experience at SW hearing aid. I was referred by a friend to try the Starkey crossover and to meet with Carol Eaton at SW Hearing Aid. Carol really took the time to understand my frustrations with trying to find hearing aids to help with hearing music the way I was used to with my old hearing aids that are no long being produced, and to better engage in group conversations. I almost considered getting an cochlear implants, and with my busy lifestyle I was not a good candidate to do this procedure. I received my first Starkey crossover hearing aids 2 months ago and have been enjoying the 360 sound, where in the past it has been 180 due to wea
Very professional very nice Feldt comfortable and I would go again
I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment. Jessica greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile, a friendly outlook and was ready to take me back. Carol Eaton clearly explained the testing process and was very pleasant. This was my first time at this doctor and I couldn't be more impressed with the calm and kind environment they provided. A definite A+.
I have been wearing hearing aids for the past 6-years and have tried two different kinds. Several weeks ago I purchased Southwestern’s top of the line hearing aids. They are amazing. I was recently in a noisy bar and had perfect clarity. They are so good I want to wear them. Also the 5-day battery life is amazing.
