Southwestern Eye Center

This place is insane. They charged us 95 for eye exam for my 8 year old. Not an issue. We spend another 500 dollars on the glasses and all the warranty and whatever else they requested we add on. Not a issue. We leave. We pick up the glasses a week later. Not an issue. Tell me why over a month later they send us another bill for almost 280 dollars with no explanation. No warning about us owing anything else all for her being a "new patient" who runs a business by sending suprise bills they never told yoj they are going to charge you. Do not go here. They are a scam and I will be making everyone i can in this small town aware of this

Make sure you check if your insurance is covered they will tell you they do then when u get the eye exam it’s covered but the eye glass wear is not covered! Make it make sense or tell your patients to check before they come very dissatisfied with the service of the glass wear lady she’s rot very knowledgeable!! She told me go down the street to the other eye doctor they may take your insurance lmfao!!!! Really make sure you’re covered before you go here don’t count on them to do their job! Very disappointing!!!’ Everyone else did a great job very prompt and nice front ladies!! Dr Palmer was excellent!

Keena was so good with my son. She is the nicest young lady ever. Dr. Palmer was very kind as well. I give 5 stars.

I love this place, the staff and doctors are polite, and take very good care of me, and always make sure I feel comfortable and the only one that matters ,

Dr. Palmer was friendly, professional, and thorough during my eye exam. The assistant doing the pre-exam was excellent. Ashley in to “glasses” department was patient and very helpful with reordering new glasses. Overall service by everyone was awesome ! Thank you.
