Leslie was very accommodating regarding my needs. Requested my medical files from a nasty ophthalmologist in Albuquerque despite having to call several times. Most of the staff were very cordial. Dr. Hooten was prompt, attentive and put me at ease with my eye injection. I was out of there in 1.5 hours. Ophthalmologist in Albuquerque took 4 hours for the same procedure. No pain or discomfort after my procedure. Thank you all. The drive was well worth it.

Went in for an appointment at 10:30, still had not been seen by the one physician who seemed to be there by 2:30. So disrespectful of patients time, not even an emergency room takes this long to be seen. No update on why they were slow, just a packed waiting area with obvious overbooking by the staff who are all very rude. Why have 6 physicians listed on the door when only one of them works in this office? And all of this after it took me 3 tries to get an appointment because the front office staff doesn't know how to read a referral, or ask someone in charge what is acceptable or not. Not the only person who left without being seen either, there was a line out the door multiple times with not enough room to sit. If thats the norm for this practice I'm sure driving to El paso would be fast

Dr Daniel Kasuga is outstanding doctor. His staff are great. Liz Williams is also a great person who helps out. The girls in the front office are also great. Araceli Olivo does a great job running the office. I would refer people to Dr Kasuga for treatment.

SRC has been great. The staff is helpful, informative and supportive. Dr Kasuga is very professional and has an excellent "bedside manner" He is attentive, gentle in his administration of injections and easy to talk to. His assistant Liz is wonderful. I feel as if I matter as an individual patient not just one of many. I have recommended SRC to others.

Dr. Metrikin damaged my optic nerve with the steroid shots in my eye and the wait every visit was several hours. I got a second opinion in Albuquerque and only go there now
