I have been taking my children here since birth. The doctors here are excellent. They go out of their way to help their patients.

We've been going to SWP for over 8 years. We have 3 children and they are always able to get us in quick for sick visits. The front desk staff, nurses, and physicians are all fabulous! We typically see Dr. Belgrad and he is great with the kids and very thorough. Lastly, if you need to call in for a triage nurse, Laura is wonderful!

As a first time mom I had to make sure I did my absolute best to find my son the best pediatrician for him. When I came here I got nothing but the best care for my son. They kept me informed and answered every question I had. I would love to recognize Karen who has been an absolute help with my insurance and leading me in the right direction to continue going to this office! This office is nothing but caring, loving, and so gentle with my little one. I definitely made the right choice.

The front desk staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I originally scheduled a well visit for my children and had called in to change it to a sooner day. Upon calling to reschedule, they told me they didn’t even see the original appointment but they will make me a new one for my desired day. I go in for the scheduled appointment today, after changing my kids schedule around, and they inform me that they do not have my appointment AT ALL and they can not see my children due to how busy they are. There is a serious lack of coordination and competence with the reception at this doctors office.

Wonderful people make for a wonderful experience. Aside from being a great health provider, Dr. Surasak is an amazing human who is wonderful with children. My son was stressed out getting his check up but Dr. Surasak made him laugh and put him at ease. All doctors should be as nice and warm as he is. I would recommend this office to all because the wonderful care does not stop there - Christina which was our nurse was awesome - she also made my son laugh when giving him vaccines and did it so fast that he didn't even feel it. He still talks about how fast and cool she was. The front desk personnel is also very polite and professional which made a scary visit very easy. Thank You all :)
