Prescription Hearing - Orland Hearing Aid Center

My husband had an excellent experience at Prescription Hearing at the Orland Hearing Center. Mary at the front desk is friendly, and very helpful. Jaclyn Sullivan, MHS, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. She was patient, professional, and made the whole process comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality hearing care.

I can not say enough great things about this location from start to finish. Mary, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us started with our appointment and insurance questions. Jaclyn Sullivan was our provider/hearing specialist and she could not have been any more knowledgeable or thorough with all of our concerns. Above that, it is apparent that she has a real passion for helping people hear their best and truly cares about your overall outcome. This place is not like the other corporate run hearing aid businesses we have experienced. They are not just out for a "money grab". From the moment I walked into Orland Hearing Aid Center I knew I hit a home run by selecting them. Mary, the receptionist, was very pleasant and helpful in my initial meeting. Then, I met Jackie, my audiologist and she convinced me that I made the right choice by coming to their location. She was very pleasant, explain the results of my hearing test, very clearly, and gave me several recommendations on how to solve my hearing concerns. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Orland Hearing Aid Center. I would recommend this location to everyone in the Southwest suburbs.

I highly recommend Kristen Conners for an audiologist and hearing aid fitting. She was recommended to me by my mom. Kristen explained my hearing loss in good detail that I was able to understand and explain it to my family. I also learned how the hearing aids have evolved over time. I purchased my first pair in my 40’s. It took me decades to accept that I needed hearing aids- I had been extremely self conscious and had a loss since childhood. Kristen was sensitive to my needs. Her practice is clean and parking is easy and plenty. The hearing aids are more affordable and less obvious than the other options given to me a few years ago from another business. Went there for a hearing test, she reviewed the results with me and we discussed how hearing aids could help me with my hearing loss. No pressure. I felt comfortable with her recommendation.
