Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital

My experience was good, really good. My pre-op nurses Sarah oh gosh I forget some of their names but they were so awesome. They were so upbeat, professional and caring. And my postop nurse Emily was wonderful. She took care of me for three hours and I felt like she was a new friend by the time I left. Everyone there was caring professional, and I felt like I was in really really good hands. I gave them a five star rating, if I could I give them a 10 star rating. No one wants to go to the hospital, but if you have to, Rancho Springs is a good one.

I’m amazed by the level of care, compassion, and professionalism demonstrated by the thoroughly patient-centered staff at Ranch Springs Hospital. From the guard who directed us to surgery, Marcia who checked us in, Melanie, my excellent pre-op nurse...everyone was on top of their game. I even had a little dance party with my post op nurses, Rosemary and Rose! If it hadn’t been for the cancer (and all that nonsense), I’d say I rather enjoyed myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better care team and I’m very grateful! Thank you all.

My was taken to this hospital after a fall. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They were nice to me and my mom. They worked hard to keep me informed of my mom's condition. Doctor ran scans and tests to make sure my mom was fine. She was discharged the same day with all tests cleared.

I had my first surgery ever at this hospital yesterday 2/6 and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emily, the nurse who took care of me, was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Johnson and her entire team were extremely professional and showed genuine care throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and at ease during a situation that was completely new to me. I’m truly grateful for the compassion and support they provided.

I wish I could give this hospital a thousand stars! I went into labor unexpectedly and ended up at Rancho Springs, even though it wasn’t the hospital I had planned to deliver at. From the moment I got there, the entire team made me feel cared for. Every single nurse, doctor, and staff member was incredibly kind & attentive. They managed an emergency twin delivery with absolute professionalism making sure both my babies and I were safe. My experience—from labor to delivery, postpartum recovery was nothing short of amazing. Even though it was hard sending my baby to the NICU, I know they received the best possible care while they were there, and they allowed us to come as often as we could. I am beyond grateful to everyone who took such great care of us. I truly feel blessed to have deliver
