I saw Dr. Jacobsen... My tests were done quickly and he brought copies of the results. He was very kind and personable... Answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me some tips on how to manage my issues. All the nurses were super helpful and pleasant ... Even though I was in the hallway after coming by ambulance the overall care was great... And I was released in four hours.

I was brought in by ambulance and when I was given my armband. My name was spelled incorrectly, however I was told that it couldn't be fixed right away and therefore I needed to wear identification that did not match my actual name. This was never corrected throughout the entirety of my stay. I was eventually admitted however I was moved out of the ER but never placed in an actual room. I was placed in a hallway, as a matter of fact all of the hallways were lined with gurney's of "admitted patients". HIPPA was not followed at all. I knew everything about the patients both in front of and behind me including their name, birth date, diagnosis, health and medical history, home situation, family members, medications they were taking and plan of care including upcoming tests and procedures. I would like to make a big shout out to all the staff especial the nurses at this hospital. I came into the emergency room with gallbladder infection. Even though it was extremely busy and next to no room due to construction and other hospital strikes the wait time wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Everyone was very kind and efficient. Getting me through from ER to being admitted, surgery and then discharge. Even after I left and still needed help hospital staff was able to direct me through and get me what I needed. I do wish there was a bit more privacy in the ER area but like I said due to unfortunately events at this time it couldn't be helped. Honestly still handled with care.

Went in for a lumbar laminectomy on Jan th. From beginning to end very professional and Excellent care Even the meals were delicious. The nurses I had quickly became friends. You could tell they Cared about the patient. And my P.T. Guy was Great. Terry got me out ot that bed and walking.. I am So glad I had my operation at this hospital Ron Simler

My mom was admitted here. The nurses here are great. But Kathy and Jessenia in the emergency room are wonderful. They very attentive and constantly made sure my mom was taken care of. I noticed how hard they work to treat all their patients well. They are angels😇
