Recently moved to Southern California. Looking for a new veterinarian for our dog, who was licking? What seemed like a never-ending scratch.. Someone suggested Clinton. Keith. I was pleased to have made an appointment within the next day or two.. arrived. Then I have to wait more than 20 minutes to see the actual vet.. the staff was very kind and professional. Compared to where I came from it would be a month before they could see one of our dogs for anything. The prices were appropriate actually less than where I came from. Probably cuz there's a smaller town and everyone had horses and or dogs, birds and cats.

I love this place. The entire team is just so warm and helpful, and so knowledgeable. The hospital itself is always clean, calm, and well-organized, which makes a stressful visit so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the families. They always take special care when I visit with my epileptic dog. I let them know ahead of time that I'm coming, and they make special accommodations for him because stress and noises trigger seizures. They truly get it. I love them so much for this. A special shout-out to Kim, I believe she’s a vet tech, and she always shows extraordinary kindness and attentiveness to my animals. Came here on recommendations from Nextdoor. Service was good, didn’t have to wait too long from appointment time. My dog needed stitches on her upper front leg from a mystery cut, probably something sharp she ran into on the ranch somewhere. It seemed pretty routine and straightforward to me. The wound was not infected and she was behaving and eating normally. First, they charged me for a complete exam, then recommended a full panel blood test, and separate charges for the surgery (stitches) and anesthesia. And finally send me home with highly inflated prices for their in house supplied antibiotics and pain pills and cone collar. I declined the bloodwork and pain pills, but still had a final bill of $455, and that included a senior discount! I wish I could find a vet that simply does

I know its been almost 30 days since I had to bring my baby girl in to be cremated but I owe it to her tell people about our experience at this veterinary hospital. On December 30th I brought my baby girl in to be cremated. When we arrived I went up to the desk and I told the lady that I was here to have my baby girl cremated and she called in the back to the doctor for him to come up and get her. I could tell by the answers she was giving him that he wasn't happy. When you came up to get her I could tell that he was irritated. I had asked her if I could take her back there myself and she told me no for me to say my goodbyes to her up here and so I did. I asked the doctor to watch her head and to be careful with it and for him to take care of her and he said he would. We got home my other

Great place, great friendly people. Dr. Wong was excellent and very patient with my nervous dog. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
