From the moment I walk in til the moment I walk out, I am treated with the utmost of care and concern. I have been seeing Dr. Orr for the last 3 years and each visit is more enjoyable than the last. You are immediately greeted when you walk in the door. A short wait and Penny’s assistant ushers me into the exam room. She has a WONDERFUL bedside manner and it’s a joy just to be taken care of by her. She explains each procedure and why it’s being done. She is thorough, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Pennny then comes in and we discuss what actions should be taken. All in all it is one of my simplest pleasures to visit Dr. Orr and her staff. Dr. Orr and her team are simply the best! Always a joy to see them and they are great with my kids.They are all patient, kind, friendly and take their time to answer questions and explain things. Dr. Orr never seems rushed to get to the next patient and seems to genuinely care about you as a person and not just your eye care.

Dr Orr was pleasant and friendly as always. The tech that started me out was very nice, smiley and very friendly. Sorry I don't remember her name.
