I have worn hearing aids for several years, but have been frustrated that the new premium technology hearing aids obtained through United Health 3 years ago were not living up to expectations. I could hear well in quite, but adding noise or being in a huge room especially with background music, required extra concentration or guessing to understand what was being said. YouTube research lead me to believe that an audiologist who does Real Ear Measurements (REM) and follows Dr Cliff Olson's Best Practices is what I need. That involves an expensive machine with ultra tiny microphones placed in the ear close to my ear drum, along with the aids, to hear what the aids are actually sending to my ear drums. REM is NOT covered by my UHC Medicare Advantage Plan even though I paid for their top tier

Dr Major literally got me back on my feet. After a con artist sold me a used pair of hearing aids which caused me to be dizzy I found Southwest and Dr Major immediately fixed all my problems. Everyone there is so helpful and understanding and their goal is to help improve your life through improving your hearing. I highly recommend them.

I got my Phonak hearing aids here and they’ve been great. Dr Major has been great to work with. I came down with Vertigo and she showed me how I could get it to go away with a simple procedure I can do at home. Everyone in this office is great to work with.

I came into the office for a hearing test. Dr. Major is great, she explained the test results and recommended some follow up ideas. The staff is friendly and will chat a joke, I had a wonderful visit. Thanks so much.
