Southwell Medical Clinic - Neurology

There are some good people there that make your experience pleasant, however, they also have very rude staff members. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place as far as Neurology, because according to their appointment person "once you see one of their Neurologist you are stuck with him for life." You cannot see a different Neurologist unless you leave Southwell completely... The appointment setter told me that the doctors had come up with that idea to protect them from losing a patient to another, hence blocking your freedom of choice as an American.

After waiting 6+ months for an appointment with Dr Lindsay, I showed up to affinity for my appointment. I was told to go to the MSK building next door and waited behind 3 patients to check in. It was 943 when I sat in the waiting room and 10 minutes later the desk lady told me they would not see me. I was on time, but it didn’t matter. Because I stood in line waiting to check in (even though that was before the 15 minute cut off) they refused to see me. I took off work for this appointment and waited months to be seen after what they thought was a TIA (mini stroke). They earliest reschedule was 2 more months away and I would have to take off work again to be seen. They seem to have no care for patients and after this ordeal I just decided to cancel my appointment. I’m incredibly disappoint

I was on time for my appt (0815), was seen within 5 mins, had my vitals taken, told the Neurologist (Dr. Bakdash) my symptoms and he set me up for testing. I was out in 30 mins, labs and all.

Dr.Strock is a joke the staff said I miss my appointment, but I don't miss headache appointment.

I can't even schedule an appointment because they never answer the phone
